Add first-run installer/bootstrapping support (install_contract.json, install_sql_manifest.json, .env.example changes, create-setup-secret CLI and install lock flow) and a public timezone endpoint for installers. Introduce an email worker (bin/process-email-queue.php) plus PHPMailer dependency and SMTP sender/resolver services to dispatch sys_email_queue items. Add logistics fleet JSON-backed APIs (data/logistics_fleet.json, fleet controllers/repo/services) and new warehouse category endpoints, update OpenAPI docs, plus various backend controllers, repositories and SQL patches to support these features. Also include frontend install page and related FE changes, update .gitignore and add data/.gitkeep. |
